The MAX offers 106,000 square feet of raw meeting and entertainment space perfect for team building, indoor summer picnics, meetings, tradeshows, conventions and more. Numerous hotels, restaurants, cinemas and shopping locations are located within a five to fifteen minute drive of the facility.  The entire building is climate controlled - both heat and air-conditioning - to allow for comfortable year-round usage. The "Gauntlet" Challenge is a great non-stop, timed twist to the award-winning Team Challenge.  The "Gauntlet" provides an action-packed team building event guaranteed to energize and excite your employees.  A combination of WCF’s award-winning Team Challenge, fun-filled trivia and a non-stop, timed and competitive format creates an atmosphere designed to build camaraderie and enhance relationships amongst employees - a fast-paced and exciting event for participants of all ages.


CREATIVE CHALLENGE

Want to improve creative problem solving in your team? Need to build relationships and promote teamwork in a fun and challenging environment? Choose WCF’s Creative Challenge! The Creative Challenge fuses together the benefits of WCF’s award winning Team Challenge Program with tasks that force teams to overcome the ever present obstacle of creativity. The idea of this program is to put team members in a situation where the goal is only achieved by thinking "outside the box", utilizing inner resourcefulness and blending individual ideas into a single creative team plan. There is no one "right" or "wrong" way to complete each mission. A highly engaging and interactive event with the winning group working more effectively and creatively as a team.

LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE
With CEO's all over the country committing over 50% of their valuable time devoted to developing their people into leaders, many clients are turning their event focus towards leadership development.  WCF has created a Leadership Challenge to provide a fun and entertaining setting to highlight important leadership qualities through group team building activities.  In some cases, clients have used these sessions as an opportunity to informally observe and evaluate the leadership ability of their employees to help identify future leaders.  The Leadership Challenge provides an entertaining setting to enable employees to see the importance of key leadership traits.  The event ends with a deep skills debriefing to highlight findings from the days activities with a focus on leadership qualities and development.

WCF’s "Meeting Energizer" programs are a great way to add tremendous value to your meeting when there is not enough time or budget during the meeting to add a full team building option. The "Meeting Energizer" programs keep creative juices flowing, enhance communication and teamwork and help breakdown barriers �Eall within the same meeting room and at a reasonable price. "Meeting Energizer" programs involve customized activities encouraging participants to work together at their table in mini-groups to complete mental challenges and compete against other groups to reach the final championship round. The program is executed in 60-90 minutes and takes place during a meal or at the beginning, middle or end of your meeting. Guaranteed to energize and enhance your next meeting!
